Eccezionale is an exclusive product created in Italy that evokes the past, whilst also encapsulating today’s modernity. This product has simplicity, yet the modernity of a coffee maker of a lifetime. With it, the consumer wants to smell, feel and taste the coffee within.Its coloured tiles evoke the ancient tiles of Italy, and its round, conical shape is inspired by the original coffee maker. The project has been made in Cinema 4D, After Effects and Photoshop.

The objective is to evoke the Italian nostalgia from a modern point of view, playing with coffee’s own smell and taste, and also with the sound of the coffee maker. Its colours and textures are the relation to the original Italian tiles.

My approach was to create a whole universe related to the creation of the coffee maker, and then reminisce with the original Italian tiles and bubbles that coffee itself makes.

My role was to created the assets to explain the brand, applying it on posters and social networks.
